Values Exercise
WHAT ARE VALUES CARDS?
The Values Cards exercise will help you clarify your values and serve as a guide to help you make your best decisions. When you know your teammates values, you will know better how to understand and lead them.Each deck identifies specific values along with their definitions. You’ll also get instructions on how to narrow down your choices to your top three to five values.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Once you understand the unique values of everyone on your team, don’t try to lead them all in the same way. Lead them uniquely based on what they value. In doing this, you will find common ground and gain their respect.

A mastermind is a gathering of like-minded people who desire to focus on and achieve their goals through the study of a specific set of information and or book. Masterminds can be an extremely powerful tool to take your thinking and actions (and therefore results) to the next level!
By offering a unique opportunity to learn from others’ perspectives and experiences, these groups serve as an outlet for participants to share their individual challenges and successes within the workplace.
How it works
CHOSE YOUR TOPIC
From a list of over 75 books, the options are limitless when it comes to choosing a book topic that suits your team’s needs. Topic categories include: leadership, communication, attitude, personal growth and more.

PICK YOUR TIMELINE
Groups are offered anywhere from 4-12 weeks. We have found longer groups to be most beneficial for those with heavy workloads as this gives team members an adequate amount of time to read and apply the content.

GOAL SETTING
In our first session together we will discuss the goals of each indiviudal team member. This will give us a starting point to refer back to several times throughout the course.

LEARNING
Each week we will re- evaluate our goals, and make adjustments based on our new learned perspectives.

Participants will be challenged to take an action step each week that they will report on in the following session.

Oftentimes, we buy into the lie that leadership is simply positional but it’s not. If you’ve ever been a part of an organization in which people say “that’s not my job”, you may be in a positional leadership environment.
People in a positional leadership environment only follow the leaders in the organization because they have to.
My job is to help you and your team move beyond a positional leadership mindset and into one of influence and moral authority (people follow you because they want to).

Yes. As a certified Maxwell DISC trainer I have access to assessments that can help you in the process of recruiting quality talent.
The Maxwell Benchmark and Interview Report helps you to establish a benchmark in which you can assess, evaluate, and compare the strengths of a potential member to the current strengths and standards of the team.
This report will provide you specific interview questions based on how close the potential team member is to the current benchmarks you have created.

I work with teams of all sizes ranging from 5 team members up to 50.

After our 45 minute discovery call I will put together a proposal for you to look at which will include options for a first engagement based on your budget and desired goals. Once we agree upon a service option I will then invoice you.
I accept checks, ACH, and also provide payment links with a service fee. All payments must be submitted prior to the rendering of services as I have to account for preparation on the front end.

Because every industry is different, I recognize that finding time to meet with your team can be a challenge. I do my best to work with your schedule so that we can arrange training that adds value while also honoring everyone’s time.
I offer training options from 1-2.5 hrs. The same applies for frequency of meetings. For ongoing series, I schedule those weekly or bi-weekly.
