Hey, I’m Alexa

In January 2019 I returned to the United States after serving as a discipleship trainer in Queensland Australia. During my time abroad, I was afforded the opportunity to lead students on various outreach trips to Third World nations. My experiences abroad have taken me to nations such as Uganda, Fiji, Thailand, South Africa and more.

Upon leaving the field, I concluded one thing:

I had countless leadership experiences, but knew little about what it meant to be a good leader.

Determined to take away all that I could from the failures and mishaps, I started on my growth journey with the John Maxwell Team.

I offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding clients personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods.

Working together, I help move teams and organizations in the desired direction to reach their goals.

For the last two years, I have been refining my skills and tools as an embedded leadership coach for Womack & Associates LLC.

During that time I have trained, coached & taught over 100 everyday leaders
